Incorporate yoga into your weekly routine to help tackle life’s stressors, rebound from injuries and relieve muscle tension. With three 500hr yoga instructors available, we offer intelligent, intimate, non-heated classes open to all level practitioners. Group and private classes available.

We offer nutrition consultations, shopping lists, personalized menu plans and weekly tips to help keep you on track to achieve your goals. Proper fuel for your workouts help optimize results!
