Kristyn Ciaravino

Kristyn is a WNBF professional competitor, athlete, certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Her passion for living a balanced healthy lifestyle and sharing it with those around her was the basis for opening her personal training studio, Kaizen Lifestyle Coaching.

With numerous specialized credentials including pre/post natal, and sports specific/high intensity strength training, Kristyn is also an FRC Mobility Specialist, e3 nutrition certified, and completed her 500 hr yoga teacher training with Amy Jean Pastore of iFlow yoga. This intensive program specialized in not only the the history of yoga and safe asana sequencing but also dove deeper into Ayurvedic healing and medicine, hands on therapeutics and yin/restorative classes.

Kristyn’s approach to Personal Training and Yoga is continual innovation and never being stagnant. Her unique and constantly changing workouts coupled with her extensive knowledge of the body, are what keep her sessions motivating, safe and high energy.

Samantha Loeffler

After graduating NYU with her B.S. in Nutrition, Samantha went on to complete her NASM Personal Training Certification under the guidance of Kristyn. Her passion for living an active and creative lifestyle along with her personal discoveries lead her to go on and complete her 200hr yoga teacher training program at The Body Art Barn in Bloomingrove, NY. Connecting these passions and alive with a new awakened spirit, Sammi has found her gift between Both, Mind, and Breath. She shares these teachings in each class while providing a space for students that promotes healing, personal growth, and awareness; inviting them to reach towards their highest potential and vibrational energy on and off the mat.

Mikki Mucci

Mikki, a self-proclaimed “gym rat”, added yoga to her regular rigorous exercise routine 10 years ago and has made it a part of her life ever since.  In the last 3 years, Mikki completed her first 200TT at Ramapo College of New Jersey and found that this was just scratching the surface of this practice.  In divine timing she found her way to IFlow Yoga Teacher Trainings and completed 500 more hours with Amy & Freddy Pastore, she considers this a true gift to have found such amazing teachers/mentors.  Coming full circle Mikki decided to obtain her NASM CPT Certification to add to her toolbox.

Mikki feels yoga gives her a direct venue to teach people how to take care of themselves physically, mentally and energetically.

Jessi Wing

Yoga found Jessi at a very pivotal time in her life. She had been looking for a sense of peace amidst the chaos, and found yoga to be the game changer. During a transformational year, she filled her days with the practice until she realized she had stumbled onto the right path, and was headed somewhere truly magical. She immersed herself in a 200hr YTT under the guidance of Kim Crotty and Denise Egan, coming to appreciate that growth requires strength, and strength requires growth. Jessi brings her colorful experiences, coupled with a passion for movement to encourage others to carve out time to feed their body and soul. The opportunity to find stillness within challenging moments is the experience she offers her students. The music, the movement and the breath brought together in a practice of personal acceptance and patience is what inspires Jessi. She recently completed her 500hr YTT with Amy Pastore.
